主要成分:

 

β胡蘿蔔素(維生素A)

維生素A是脂溶性維生素。維生素A的來源包括内臟肉類 (例如肝臟和腎臟)、蛋黃、奶油、胡蘿蔔汁、南瓜、地瓜、菠菜、桃子、營養強化乳製品和鱈魚肝油。維生素A是視黃醇、視黃醛和β胡蘿蔔素等複合物家族的成員。β胡蘿蔔素是維生素A原,在體內會轉變成維生素A。身體組織的成長及修復都需要維生素A。維生素A幫助形成視紫質,並且維持在黑暗光線下的視覺。維生素A維護上皮組織的正常功能,並且維持皮膚和黏膜的健康。維生素A也幫助牙齒與骨骼的生長與發育。

 

維生素C(抗壞血酸)

維生素C食物來源包含了辣椒 (甜椒、青椒、紅椒、紅辣椒和青辣椒)、柑橘類水果和球芽甘藍、花椰菜、高麗菜羽衣甘藍、芥菜、青花椰菜、菠菜、番石榴、奇異果、紅醋栗以及草苺。堅果和穀類則含有少量的維生素C。請注意烹煮過程會破壞維生素C活性。

 

維生素C幫助膠原形成,維護細胞排列緊密,也參與體內的氧化還原反應,並且維護結締組織、骨骼與牙齒的生長人體無法自行製造或儲存維生素C,所以維生素C必須透過飲食和營養補充品攝取。

 

維生素E(右旋維生素E) 

維生素E最佳的飲食來源有蔬菜油、人造奶油、堅果、種籽、鱷梨和小麥胚芽。紅花油含有大量的維生素E (1/4杯大約提供每日攝取建議量的2/3),玉米油和黃豆油則只有微量維生素E。維生素E和生育醇 (tocopherols)與三烯生育醇 (tocotrienols) 同屬相關的複合物家族。對於正在節食的人而言,因為減少食用含有高脂肪的食物,所以維生素E攝取量也會偏低。

維生素C食物來源包含了辣椒 (甜椒、青椒、紅椒、紅辣椒和青辣椒)、柑橘類水果和球芽甘藍、花椰菜、高麗菜羽衣甘藍、芥菜、青花椰菜、菠菜、番石榴、奇異果、紅醋栗以及草苺。堅果和穀類則含有少量的維生素C。請注意烹煮過程會破壞維生素C活性。

 

維生素C幫助膠原形成,維護細胞排列緊密,也參與體內的氧化還原反應,並且維護結締組織、骨骼與牙齒的生長人體無法自行製造或儲存維生素C,所以維生素C必須透過飲食和營養補充品攝取。

 

維生素E(右旋維生素E) 

維生素E最佳的飲食來源有蔬菜油、人造奶油、堅果、種籽、鱷梨和小麥胚芽。紅花油含有大量的維生素E (1/4杯大約提供每日攝取建議量的2/3),玉米油和黃豆油則只有微量維生素E。維生素E和生育醇 (tocopherols)與三烯生育醇 (tocotrienols) 同屬相關的複合物家族。對於正在節食的人而言,因為減少食用含有高脂肪的食物,所以維生素E攝取量也會偏低。
