主要成分:
β胡蘿蔔素(維生素A)
維生素A是脂溶性維生素。維生素A的來源包括内臟肉類 (例如肝臟和腎臟)、蛋黃、奶油、胡蘿蔔汁、南瓜、地瓜、菠菜、桃子、營養強化乳製品和鱈魚肝油。維生素A是視黃醇、視黃醛和β胡蘿蔔素等複合物家族的成員。β胡蘿蔔素是維生素A原,在體內會轉變成維生素A。身體組織的成長及修復都需要維生素A。維生素A幫助形成視紫質,並且維持在黑暗光線下的視覺。維生素A維護上皮組織的正常功能,並且維持皮膚和黏膜的健康。維生素A也幫助牙齒與骨骼的生長與發育。
維生素C(抗壞血酸)
