輔酵素Q10

輔酵素Q10是非水溶性蠟狀成分,屬於泛醌(ubiquinones)類。輔酵素必須幫助酵素作用,在結構上類似維生素K。人體約有5075兆個細胞,除了成熟的紅血球細胞之外,輔酵素Q10遍存於所有細胞內。Q10具有多種健康益處,並可促進人體的新陳代謝。

 

輔酵素Q10是由兩個部分構成的複合物,末端是由脂溶性的異戊二烯組成的長鏈。Q代表「奎寧」(quinine),而「10」代表分子末端的異戊二烯單元數量。

 

輔酵素Q10存在於菠菜、花椰菜、堅果、黃豆、動物內臟與瘦肉、魚類等食物中。1977年,一家日本公司成功合成輔酵素Q10,使世人得以取得這項營養素。輔酵素Q10經小腸吸收,穩定狀態的濃度在體內約需56週的時間達成。

 

維生素B2

維生素B2存在於肝臟、乳製品、深綠色蔬菜與某些海鮮中。維生素B2是輔酵素組成成分之一,參與能量代謝,維持皮膚健康。維生素B2屬水溶性營養素,人體僅可儲存微量的維生素B2,因此必須每天補充。

 

維生素E

維生素E的最佳來源包括:蔬菜油、乳瑪琳(人造奶油)、堅果、種籽、酪梨與小麥胚芽。維生素E事實上是一個家族,由名為生育醇與三烯生育醇的相關複合物組成。
