左旋麩醯胺酸(L-Glutamine) 1,000毫克

含高蛋白質的食物如肉、魚、豆及奶類產品等都是麩醯胺酸的極佳來源。左旋麩醯胺酸是一種胺基酸,提取自名為麩胺酸(glutamic acid)的另一種胺基酸。大量運動、感染、手術或創傷都會使人體的麩醯胺酸含量減少,尤其是肌肉細胞內的麩醯胺酸。

 

菊糖纖維(菊苣根的低聚果糖萃取物) 5,000毫克

補充益生菌必須先補充益菌素。NutriClean先進纖維粉的菊糖纖維提供八毫克的益菌素。這些種類的益菌素纖維是益菌喜愛的食物來源。菊糖是一種重要的益菌素,存在於蘆筍、菊苣、大蒜、菊芋和洋蔥內。這些食物都提供間接的支援(《營養學期刊》1995年,125期)。菊糖跟果寡糖纖維素(FOS)相似。兩者都是澱粉形態的纖維,人體不能完全消化。當人體食用益菌素時,未能消化的部份為消化道的益菌提供養份。

 

Fibersol-2(水溶性膳食纖維聚合物) 5,000毫克

Fibersol-2是一種可溶性纖維,對清除廢物及淨化消化道有正面的效果。透過玉米粉高溫分解及穩定酵素水解而製成的噴霧風乾粉末,造就出如此創新的膳食纖維。Fibersol-2被美國食品藥物管理局(FDA) GRAS評定為「安全」等級的麥芽糊精。麥芽糊精無色,易溶於水。

 

Fibersol的黏性低,水溶性高,吸水度低,溶於水中成為清澈的溶液。由於Fibersol擁有大量天然的化學鍵,因此在消化道中不會被消化,為人體提供許多有益健康的好處。

 

Kazuhiro OhkumaShigeru Wakabayashi在兩人撰寫的一篇研究評論(Advanced Dietary Fibre Technology, 2000)提到Fibersol-2的益處:「其黏合度低於常見的麥芽糊精,雖然兩者有著相同的葡萄糖當量值。Fibersol-2的溶液清透穩定,儲存長時間後仍不會變得混濁或出現沉澱物。Fibersol-2還擁有極佳的抗酸特性,而且在加熱過程中仍保持穩定,因此可以高溫烹煮及消毒。」

 

研究顯示Fibersol-2對人體健康有益。生理學上,Fibersol-2能促進正常規律的腸道活動及排便量。

 

Fibersol-2能輸送至結腸的特定位置。糖份及澱粉混合物的吸收,大部份都在胃部及小腸的前段進行,而OhkumaWakabayashi則假設Fibersol-2避開了在上消化道的消化過程。他們指出:「據估計,百分之九十的Fibersol-2到達大腸,而其中一半被腸道內的細菌所代謝。」

左旋麩醯胺酸(L-Glutamine) 1,000毫克

含高蛋白質的食物如肉、魚、豆及奶類產品等都是麩醯胺酸的極佳來源。左旋麩醯胺酸是一種胺基酸,提取自名為麩胺酸(glutamic acid)的另一種胺基酸。大量運動、感染、手術或創傷都會使人體的麩醯胺酸含量減少,尤其是肌肉細胞內的麩醯胺酸。

 

菊糖纖維(菊苣根的低聚果糖萃取物) 5,000毫克
